The latest Porsche Cayman is a genuine junior supercar. Similar in looks to the 911 but with a mid-engine layout, this new model has the larger 2.9-litre engine with a 6-speed manual gearbox. When the Ferrari F355 was first unveiled, it caused a shock throughout the motoring world. It was the best, by a mile, in the way that it drove and how it looked. Today the car is still a head turner and brilliantly satisfying to drive on track which is testimony to just how right the Ferrari designers and engineers were when they produced the car. Seated in the leather driving seat you can take in the beautifully crafted interior. The V8 fires into life then settles to a low burble. Out on track the engine note progresses from a bark to a full on howl as you accelerate up the gears - its completely addictive and you'll want to drive it home. Now you know why a Ferrari is so special. |

Hold on tight as our resident Stig takes you out for the white knuckle ride of your life. Experiencing a car at its full potential with a professional racing driver at the wheel is incredible. The car appears to dance over the tarmac as the racing driver makes small but purposeful inputs to the cars steering wheel. Through the fast sweeping curves you'll start to feel the g-force as you try and hold yourself in the seat. Under brakes you'll feel the car searching for grip then the tyres forcing the chassis into the next corner at seemingly impossible speeds. |

About the Ferrari 355 Driving Experience
The Ferrari 355 is a very low car, you even have to bend down to reach the door handle, seated in the supportive leather driver’s seat, it feels as if you are almost sitting on the floor. The beautifully crafted aluminium pedals feel just right and the polished gear stick falls naturally to hand. Time to experience the magic as you ease out onto the wide open sweeps of Thruxton circuit where you can safely access the legendary power plant. The engine note progresses from a bark through to a cultured metallic howl as you accelerate up the gearbox. In the cockpit the now familiar click clack sound of the gear stick shaft moving through the exposed metal gate. The car is everything you expected it to be!
